There are a lot of choices out there, but I really liked the look and design of the Speck cases. The problem came down to deciding which type of Speck case I wanted. I had been looking at the CandyShell black/peacock one for a long time. I love the color teal and really liked the case, but I was afraid that the slick candyShell case would make it too slippery and hard to hold on to. That and the cases were still pretty expensive. So I decided to wait a bit and I'm glad I did. During that time, Speck released a peacock/black version of their Grip case, which gives the stability of a hard shell with the softness and flexibility of a soft rubber case. I had a rubber case before just to protect it and it was really nice until it started stretching. That's not an issue with this case because of the hard shell, which makes the whole phone feel so much more substantial. That being said, this case...
